Purchased March 2002 as non-runner.
Complete rebuild including: mains, big end, little end, con rod, all gearbox bearings, rings (bore was OK!!)
all swinging arm bearings, wheel bearings, gaskets, clutch cover, new seat cover, air filter etc. etc.
Fortunately the bike had all its sidepanels, mudguards etc
Other items missing and acquired (thank you ebay!!): speedo, kickstart and shaft, tool bag, silencer, better front pipe.
Turns out that it has been fitted with a YZ engine as it had a 4 speed gearbox. Now fitted with a 5 speed IT gearbox.
Too many problems with welding up two different front pipes so hard earned cash paid to Nikon Exhausts for hand made front pipe - very sexy!!
Update: Sold to Markco Feb 2004. Replaced with a Husqvarna 610
